Toni Williams
Antoni Williams or Toni Williams is a New Zealand pop singer, of Pacific Island descent, who began singing at the Ghandi Dance Hall in Auckland City where he became a local sensation. He toured New Zealand with Joe Browns Tours including one tour in 1962 where he headlined along with the Howard Morrison Quartet. He had a wonderful voice, and made a couple of records with the full orchestral backing of a touring American Orchestra including a track called "I'm Tired of the Rain". Recorded on Tru-Gem Records and attributed to The Al Lerner Group, the voice is that of Antoni Williams.
